I do know that Henry Verm(our third great -grandfather) born 1818 in Bremen, Germany and he died in San Felipe,Tx.June 26,1873 NOTE:'He came to Texas permenantly in 1835,join Republic of Texas Army on March 5,1836. Served under Capt.John Bird and later Capt. P.R.Dexter at the Battle of San Jacinto as a scout' his wife was Rosanna Lantham they married in 1854. Had one son named John Henry(our second great-grandfather) married Jane Boyd Gaston in 1882 . They had 6 children Fortunate Independence,Rosanna,Mary Jane(Coody),and twins Ebenezer and Eddie(our great-grandfather). Eddie had 5 chilfren named Johnnie(our grandfather),James Clyde(died 10/29/1944in WWII),Francis Brooks,Ruby and Edna Mae. Then Johnnie had 5 children, Albert Louis,Alvin William(Billy) is my father-in-law,Emily Mable,Robert Edward and Patricia Ann. I'am married to Troy Wendell Verm.If you could help!
