    3. I understand what you are talking about my gggreat-grandfather came from Germany in 1835 born there in 1818. I have no info of his parents or sibling(if any) and then to top it off ...there is a good chance that the name was spelled totaly different...our name is VERM, but over there the V is a W...it would be WURM, OVER THERE. PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE ANY ADVANCE????????? alesha@glade.net How will I ever know if it was really Wurm? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lois Boyce" <Im508@aol.com> To: <TXAUSTIN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, June 18, 2000 11:00 PM Subject: [TXAUSTIN] Lahrman, Cornelius > Posted on: Austin County, Tx Query Forum > Board URL: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Tx/Austin?read=339 > > Surname: Lahrman, Behringer > ------------------------- > > I have always been told by my mother that she was German, yet Cornelius > Lahrman naturalization says he was born in Amsterdam.
