OK I don't understand why this link is not working http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/tx/erath/eratoc.htm it is the Erath County Births 1928 Gina says it should be ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/tx/erath/vitals/births/erathb30.txt but it is in the archives as ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/tx/erath/vitals/births/erathb28.txt or that is what it looks to me as but it does not work .
