I am using the free version of Eudora and the line of buttons has the priority, then signature drop down, then MIME, then a QP, then a text attachment button, and then a box with a squiggle in it. That is the one that turns off the word wrap for the message you are sending at the moment. It's easier than trying to set the line length.
