The 16 counties in question are in Darren's region. The CC does not control the archives. Please continue to upload to those 16 counties. I will continue to upload the 1936 births, maybe for several years, before I finish. LOL Nobody overwrites someone else's file on purpose. These things happen. I appreciate the work of this CC and all the work she has donated to the archives. She is not the archivist for those counties, Darren is. Coke & Smith County have the Census Images as well as Madison County, GA. I am going out of town for a couple of days but if you don't have it figured out by the time I get back, let me know and I will do what I can to help. The main thing you need to do is put them in your TOC and then start thinking about how you are going to do some kind of index. They are almost useless without one.
