In looking at the Angelina Co. Cemetery Books1846- 1986, I found a J.C. Miles, b.31 Oct 1860, d. 20 Aug 1961, buried at Ryan Chappel Cemetery. Didn't find anything on Frances Elberta. Hope this helps.
