Looking for descendants of Eugene Valentine GATES and Elinor Belle CORNELIUS.Belle ran a boarding house in Diboll near Lufkin and died in1919. Her husband was killed in a hunting accident before 1919. I located a Eugene Valentine Gates with son Wayne Melford Gates born in Lufkin and know they must be kinfolk.
