When Amanda received her CSA pension (1899)her post office was Keltys. Where is that in relation to Lufkin? Are any of their family still in Angelina County? Your help would be appreciated. Bluford was the brother to my gggrandfather, Jackson Spence.

Keltys is a "suburb" of Lufkin located on the northwest side of the city. It was the site of a major lumber mill years ago, Angelina Lumber Co. as I recall.
