I am the editor of the Ultimate Sacrifice which we published in 1996. Since then myself and 4 volunteer peace officers have uncovered hundreds of lost cases. We have 500 open files and discover new ones everyday. This inquiry is to see if Chris Rogers qualifies for the memorial.
