If it is, the date of marriage may be wrong. The marriage date shown may be the date the license was issued, date is was filed, date it was returned or the actual marriage date. I found this out from my research with this book and I went to the courthouse and found the correct marriage date. A lady is now in the process of getting the correct dates and it may be posted at a later date on the Texas GenWeb Project for Anderson County.

Yes, this is a copy of the Anderson County Genealogy Society. I know that in a work like this, there can be mistakes. Some were corrected by Mrs. Elizabeth Neel.
