    3. I am interested in your Livelys. Emma Rebecca Lively Died 25 May ----What Year? --- My primary family is Campbell who married Livelys. I got much info from Livelys of America 1690-1968, compiled by Dr. John F Valentine. Publ 1971 by National Association of Lively Families... I am sure the Lively families of America would appreciate your input...there were gaps in the records. (even I could add\ a few tidbits of data) There are Books 1&2. Here's a note from Book 1 about John Wesley Lively's father, in case you have not read it. I happened to find these books in the Crockett Library, and copied several (!) pages. "Various deeds indicate that John & Elizabeth Lively owned acreages along the 12-Mile River in SC. From there they moved to northwestern GA as land opened up and the family along with 9 slaves were in Cass Co. GA in 1840. Elizabeth is believed to have died in March of 1850 in Walker Co. GA for John aged 70 is living with unmarried daughter, Judea A.P. in August of 1850. When the family decided to come to Texas, John was in the second wagon train which was met at the border by Thomas, who guided them "home" to Houston Co. John stayed with one of his children then another after Judea married in 1856, and was last noted in the Anderson Co. home of John Wesley in 1860, aged 88. It is tradition that he is buried in an unmarked grave beside his daughter, Judea A.P. and one of her husbands in Muse Cemetery in Anderson Co." Linda Sykes <[email protected]>
