We are looking to share information with anyone researching John M. MURPHEY (b. 30 Aug 1843, d. 5 Dec 1929) and his wife Julia Ann JORDAN (b. 30 Jul 1847, d. 18 Dec 1929). According to information from my wife's grandmother, John and Julia MURPHEY are buried somewhere around Frankston TX. We believe at least one of their children is buried there too. One of their other sons, Pierce Fulton MURPHEY, was born in Hood County TX in 1882, so they came to Anderson County sometime after his birth if my wife s grandmother's information is correct.
