I checked the published Anderson County marriage book and there is no marriage of a Lewis Rogers and M. E. Dean in it. There is a marriage of a Lewis Rogers and Sarah A. Debard on 7 Jan 1865, Volume 4, Page 225, Anderson County Marriage Records.
