I do not have my books with me right now as I am in the process of a move, but I know my GRIFFINS in Alabama married into the COLE family. The WILLINGHAMs and the GRIFFIN family married back and forth in Ga. and in Al. Troy Griffin b. in l800 married Martha Willingham about l820 . They moved to Tuscaloosa Co. , Al. and one of their children married into the COLE family. I will do more research and get back with you. I believe some of this family moved to Tx. by l860.
