Phyllis, would you please tell me what you have on the Middleton ancestor buried at Broyles Chapel? Several of my Johnson relatives are buried there, too. They were descendants of Jeremiah F. Johnson (1820-1899), who has been tentatively linked to the Tunis Johnson family of Fauquier County, VA. Hannah Johnson, the daughter of Tunis, married James Middleton. A Middleton connection in Broyles Chapel could help us with Jeremiah's ancestry.
