And then they show up a 1880 / 1900 / 1910 / 1920, US Census-in Pleasant HIl, Cass Co., Missouri. The name shows up spelled Kolstad in the 1880 / 1900. I was searching another name that wound up connected. Didn't see an name that started with C.T., but it's possible, since I didn't continue my search, just wanted the main characters.
