L. GARTH Article Text: Bryan, Tex., March 16.--Mr. J. L. GARTH, a prominent citizen of Bryan, died yesterday, after a few days illness of pneumonia. He was a Mason in high standing, and a member of the Knights of Honor and of the Ancient Order of United Workmen.
