Bro. Ennis filed his regular appointment here Sunday and Sunday night. The singing at the Baptist church Sunday evening was enjoyed by a large crowd. Singing every second and fourth Sundays. Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Hargis and Mr. and Mrs. John Johnson and little daughter Estella motored to Tyler Sunday. Miss Elaine Ard who is teaching at Athens spent the week-end at home. Miss Justus Buckalew is visiting friends and relatives at Tyler. Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Temple and children and Aunt Fannie Price visited Mrs. L. O. Green of Tyler last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. I. or L. Barton, Mrs. F. E. Parker and Miss Ione Barton were shopping in Tyler Thursday. Dr. M. M. Moss left Sunday afternoon to attend the Medical convention at San Antonio. Mrs. Bonnie Echols happened to a very painful accident Thursday. While coming from Tyler in getting out of the car the wheel accidently (sic) ran over her foot spraining it very bad and she has been confined to her room ever since. Mrs. Will Ard was in Athens last Monday. Jno Johnson and family spent Saturday night with relatives at Opelika. Mr. Bailey and Mr. Burnham had business in Corsicana Friday. K. E. Browning and Mr. Burham has moved in. Also F. E. Parker has moved into his new barber shop. A. D.
