P. M. JOHNSON of this city, was found dead in her bed at 6 o'clock this morning. She had been suffering with heart disease for some time, and her death was not unexpected, though she seemed considerably improved yesterday and sat up in her bed and took a drink of water at 5 o'clock this morning. She leaves four grown children in different portions of the state, all of whom will be here to attend the funeral to-morrow. Deceased was a good Christian lady and devout member of the Cumberland Presbyterian church. She was 66 years old. She died without a struggle.
