J. L. PIERCE Article Text: Texarkana, Tex., Feb. 10.--Rev. J. L. PIERCE, doctor of divinity and a member of the north Georgia conference, Methodist church south, died here this morning. He was a son of the noted Lovick PIERCE, doctor of divinity, and brother of the late Bishop George F. PIERCE of the Methodist church south. He was a prominent divine and died at the home of his son-in-law, Rev. R. P.
