She was 89 years of age and was a lady of superior virtues and traits of character. She was the mother of ex-Congressman William HARTZELL of Illinois, and of D. B. HARTZELL, a prominent citizen of Dresden; also the grandmother of Mrs. Fred FLEMING of this city.
