A. FOWLKS Article Text: Colorado, Tex., Dec. 19.--Judge Henry A. FOWLKS, one of the pioneer settlers of Colorado, died of consumption this morning, aged 36 years. He leaves a wife and two children. The district court adjourned to-day in respect to the deceased.
