MANN Article Text: Galveston, Tex., Dec. 4.--Mr. Henry K. MANN, a well known lawyer of this city, died at 2 o'clock this afternoon. He had long been suffering with a tumor of the throat and some time ago went north in the hope of obtaining relief. The trip proved futile however, and he returned and calmly awaited what he knew must be the inevitable result of his malady. Mr. MANN was born in Corpus Christi 40 years ago. He spent most of his life in Galveston and was engaged in the practice of law. He leaves a wife and four children. Mrs. Walter GRESHAM and Mrs. William SEILECK are his sisters and he has a brother at Cedar Bayou and another at Laredo. The funeral will take place to-morrow.
