The problem *I* see with that is that you might not know the costs up front, and that can cause some problems as well with what is perceived as "value for the money". The more I think about it, and see the replies to this, the $25 fee doesn't sound so bad after all! I'd GLADLY pay $25 if there was a chance I could break through some of my "brick walls"!
