Seems I remember we no longer can have access to records online regarding births and deaths from long ago, is that correct? If so could someone tell me how I might find the death certificate, that is even if it exists, for a Malcolm Buie Brooks, died after 1910. He would have been 80 in the 1910 census which I have. This Buie name is of interest to me.One of my cousins is Patsy Buie--now she is maried, so her name may has changed to Thompson. She lives in Mississippi now. I am related through the Killebrew side of her tree. I also know a Brooks family in Anderson Co in Tx. Is Upshur in east Tx?
