I guess part of the photo may look like the old water pumps, but none of the photos on google look similar to the round or sperical shape that is on the side of the pump. It almost looks like a flat pan with a lid on it. I did not see anything similar on google. Can you explain what the pan type thing is. It is too flat to be a basin of any type.
