The East Texas Genealogical Society's (ETGS) website has been moved off of Rootsweb to the new ETGS server at: http://www.etgs.org/ The old URL at Rootsweb was: http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~txetgs/ This URL now just provides a pointer to the new URL. If you had bookmarked any of the pages in the ETGS website while they were on Rootsweb, you will need to throw out the old 'Favorites' and go search for the new URL.
