    1. [TX-ETGS] Portal to Texas History re-post
    2. Taylor, Lindsey
    3. My apologies for my last post, which lacked sufficient detail for people who are unfamiliar with the Portal to Texas History. (If this is you, please read on!) The purpose of my initial post was to invite anyone who has, or will, use the Portal to Texas History to help us redesign the user interface by completing a brief survey. Your responses will help us gauge user satisfaction with the current Portal interface prior to introducing the new interface early this Summer. The Portal to Texas History is a gateway to digital collections from Texas libraries, museums, archives, genealogical societies, historical societies, and private collections. It contains primary source materials, including maps, books, manuscripts, diaries, photographs, and letters. It is managed by the University of North Texas Libraries. For those interested in Texas History, Heritage, Genealogy, etc. search and browse the Portal by clicking on “Researchers Portal” at: http://texashistory.unt.edu/ Afterwards, please take a few minutes to complete our brief survey. Just select “Take our Survey” near the top of any page in the “Researchers Portal” or go directly to the survey at: http://digital2.library.unt.edu/survey/ Many thanks for your help! Questions Kathleen Murray, Postdoctoral Research Associate University of North Texas Libraries kathleen.murray@unt.edu<mailto:kathleen.murray@unt.edu> And on behalf of UNT, I appreciate you taking the time to help us!
