I have Elizabeth McKinney on the 1870 Hill Co. census as head of household. She has two daughters still living with her: Eliza and Betty(e). On a land deed record for her son, John (J J) McKinney, abt 1885, it is stated that a part of the land he was selling was inherited from his mother. I am wondering if she is still alive in 1880 in Hill Co. It's possible she moved with her eldest son, William Henry McKinney to Falls Co, TX when he married. I appreciate any help!!
