Linda, thanks for the try. I've tried to locate the family in the 1900 census myself, but had no luck. I've been doing genealogy for just over a year and hoping someone with more experience and better resources could find something. I was told recently that sometimes in the transcription process the name gets misspelled, which I'm wondering if this is the case. If someone else wants to take a stab at a lookup or can offer any suggestions I'd sure appreciate it.
