I am looking for Arthur Epps, a black man born in Texas. His parents according to 1910 Denton Co., TX, census were both born in Kentucky. His age would be about 21. 1910 Census Information - Precinct 7, Denton, TX; ED 94, sheet 15 A. May 4, 1910. EPPS, Arthur, M, B, 31, Md 1, 2 yrs. married. Callie, wife, F, B, 23, Md 1, 2, (2,2) Jennie B., dau, 2 Ruby, 9/12 (Callie's maiden name was LEWIS. Also listed as "Collie" in census). Living next door to Brother-in-law: CRUTCHFIELD, James, M, B, 35, Md 2 I've never been able to find Arthur when i visited the FHC in the soundex of TX. I don't know whether or not he was in another state. Thanks for any help.
