PS to Linda in Georgia I forgot to mention in my earlier email that there is a Texas connection to the Switzer family. The grandson of the David Switzer I was looking for in the 1850 MD census, David Peter Switzer, moved to Denton, Texas and had several children there. He married Effie, maiden name unkn. The children I know of were Elmer W b 1901: Grace E b 1903, and Vera L b 1908. Sorry for the oversight. Thanks again for all your help. Marguerite
