1920 Texas has only a Charles SUTLER born in NY indexed, and no Charles Sutter at all. I didn't do a transcription 1930 entry for the family of the Charles Sutter born in 1928, but as I recall, he was the only child in the household. 1920 Harris County has only one Sutter indeed - Willie Suter, mulatto, born about 1902.
