Thanks for answering my query.Johnny on the Hamilton Co. lookup. I have been on the Hamilton site and have found allot of family members on Census there but not M. D. Barnett. I appreciate your time. I am posting a new query in a different County. Camanche County Texas I have received a letter from a contact from a Kent Co.,TX query on McDonald Barnett. He says my gr gr grandmother had some sisters I didn't have listed. He also said M. D. was married twice and his second marriage was to Martha A. Lucas. Her first marriage was to W. H. Lucas. He says he descends from the first born Lousetta Elizabeth and he doesn't know her mother's name either. I find some of Martha A. Lucas Barnett's children and their families in Hamilton Co. but not M. D. Barnett....so far. This is my new information along with some info I already had. I found MCD Barnett listed on Camanche County Land Survey Abstract Indices of the Original Land Owners of Texas so hopefully we someone can find him on the 1870 Camanche Census. I hope.
