Delphine, The request limit for the lookup list is one at a time, so I chose to search 1900 for this particular request. There are 14 Charles Camerons indexed in 1900 Texas, and only one with an S. middle initial. That one was a white male, enumerated in McLennan County, born ca 1859 in Louisiana. If you can confirm that that one is the one you need, I will be happy to do the transcription. For future requests, please be so kind as to give as much information as you know that might help our volunteers locate the correct family, so as to avoid duplicate and additional search requests. Race, approximate age, and place of birth would be most helpful to us in our search. Additional details, such as name of spouse and/or any children, if known, as well as county of known residence would make our job so much easier. Hello Delphine, Here is this family again. Charles S. Cameron Head, Age 71, Born LA, Father Canada-French, Mother LA, Mary A. Wife, Age 66, Born TN, Father NC, Mother TN, Charles owned his home, the value was 6000, he did not live on a farm, his age at first marriage was 27, he was able to read and write, he was a Minister for a Methodist Church, he was not a veteran. Mary was age 21 at first marriage, she was able to read and write, she was a house wife. I believe also living on this property was: Edwin M. Anderson and his wife Irene, they were both born in TX as well as their parents, Edwin was 22 and Irene was 21, they were renting for 15 a month, they had a Boarder, Jewell Ward, age 24 and single, she was born in TX as well as her father, mother was born in MS. The information on this census is as of April 1, 1930. This is from Abilene, Taylor Co. TX, Roll: 2399, Page: 13A, ED: 12, I hope this helps you. I have looked at the 1900 census, it has more information on it, I am sure Linda will be sending that to you.
