David, I checked all the Manning families indexed in 1910 McLennan County, and none of them had sons with any of these names. I also checked all the white (per the 1930 census) Manning families indexed in 1900 McLennan County in case the brothers were older than Roland and born prior to the 1900 census, but nothing there either. There are almost 200 Mannings indexed in 1910 Texas who indicate born in TX (per the 1930 census), and I am sorry that I am not able to check other counties. What is shown on his death certificate for the names of his parents? Sorry not to be able to help.
