    3. The 1900 census IS every-name indexed at Ancestry, so yes, if she were enumerated as Jessie Still, she should appear in the index and be found in the household of her parent at age 13 or so. There is only one Jesse E. Still indexed in 1900 Texas who was near age 13. That one is a male Jesse, born Sep 1887, and not the one you need. Where was she living in later census years? Where was she living when she died? Advice? Order a copy of Jessie's death certificate. With any luck at all, it will give you the names of her parents and enable you to locate her (and them) in earlier census records. Good luck!
