Would like to have a lookup for James Lewis Matthews, born June 14, 1819 in SC, died Longview, Gregg Co, TX "after 1870" but not really sure. Would like to see if he is listed in the 1870, 1880 and/or 1890 census to see if he died somewhere in that time frame. Thanks, Noel

James L. Matthews was in SC 1870 & in TX 1880. Most of the 1890 census was lost in a fire & James could not be found. James could not be found in 1900.
