I am looking for Daniel Wilson and his wife Margaret. In 1860 they were 62 and 60, so I am not sure they were still living in 1870. If they are they might be in the household of Samuel Lee Wilson. Daniel was born in Canada and Margaret in GA. Thank you, Wanda
Wanda, They weren't indexed. There was also only one Samuel Wilson indexed in 1870 Titus County. He was age 19, working as a farm laborer, and born in Texas. Enumerated in the household of Mary J. and Francis J. Hopkins - Francis born Texas, Mary in Missouri. He owned real estate valued at $1400, though, and personal property valued at $900, which is very unusual for a single, nineteen-year-old - perhaps inherited from his father?
