They may have moved to Texas because other relatives where already in the area. I think that Hopkins and Victoria are to far removed from the area they finally settled in (Montague County). I would appreciate the data from Tarrant County on C. Wyatt and the data from Cooke County on William D. Wyatt. James Morgan Wyatt was born in Virginia and moved to Missouri with his son, James Madison Wyatt, before the Civil War and fought with the 12th Missouri Cavalry (CSA) during the war. He married in 1857 in Cass County and his son Charles Edward was born in 1858 in Cass County, MO. Thanks again for all of your help. David Coates Charlotte, North Carolina
