Checking 1920 Yoakum County, I find no surnames indexed there at all beginning with "ARR", "ARE", "ARI", or "ORR". Checking for only the given names "Manuel" and "Manual", I also find none indexed in Yoakum County. If Yoakum is a city in another Texas county, let me know, and I will try again.
