The 1900 census IS every-name indexed at Ancestry, so yes, if she were enumerated as Jessie Still, she should appear in the index and be found in the household of her parent at age 13 or so. Where was she living when she died? Advice? Order a copy of Jessie's death certificate. M. Houston's private boarding house, lines 1-9 251 - Williams, Arthur J., boarder; M W 32 Md; TX AL TX; barber/shop No trace of Mabel with the children indexed anywhere in 1920 Texas.
