Kerm, The U.S. censuses aren't released until 72 years after they're enumerated. The 1930 U.S. census was made public in 2002. The 1940 U.S. census will be released in 2012. thanks alot anyway
The 1930 census is the most recent one that has been released. It takes 70 years to release the census. ----- Original Message ----- From: "E H" <kn_evaherrara@webtv.net> To: <TX-CENSUS-LOOKUP-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, July 15, 2005 11:08 PM Subject: RE: [TX-CEN] Poole, amarillo, tx >I found she did not live in amarillo until 1988, she was in pampa from > 1954 to 1988. > she had children, > william e poole 1943 > Loretta Poole Bridwell > ed poole > and 2 more sons I do not know of their names. > so if you can find them in 1960 if they can be found would appericate > it. > > > ==== TX-CENSUS-LOOKUP Mailing List ==== > Free Soundex code converter > http://resources.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/soundexconverter > > ============================== > Find your ancestors in the Birth, Marriage and Death Records. > New content added every business day. I found she did not live in amarillo until 1988, she was in pampa from 1954 to 1988. she had children, william e poole 1943 Loretta Poole Bridwell ed poole and 2 more sons I do not know of their names. so if you can find them in 1960 if they can be found would appericate it.
Need a census year & since Amarillo has 2 counties on the one city, it might help if you could provide more info as to maybe a section that they may have lived in. Also, if you know of any children that might have also been in the household. Hello Noel, I am sorry to have to tell you, but most of the 1890 Federal Census was destroyed by fire. Nearly all that information was lost forever. Too Bad. Need a look-up to see if anyone can help me solve a mystry: I am looking for who my grandfather and his brother was living with in 1890 and hope that they are listed with someone in the 1890 Panola County, Texas census. Henry Pinkney Matthews was born in Carthage, Panola County, Texas July 5, 1874, and his brother Robert was born there is 1876. They, and their mother, Jessie P. Midyett Matthews are listed in the 1880 census of Panola County, Texas. Jessie died in 1887 and the two boys went to live with "a relative". If they are listed on the 1890 Panola County, Texas census Henry would be 16 and Robert would be 11. The person that the two boys are living with in 1890 would probably be a GOLDEN, ODEN, MIDYETT, or a MATTHEWS. Don't know. Any help that anyone can provide would be most welcomed. Thanks, Noel
