Karen, There was one George Moore indexed in 1920 San Antonio, but had a middle initial of "M" instead of "F". He was approximately the right age, but born in Canada, stated that he was widowed, and was living alone in a rooming house. There were also no "G" initial Moores indexed in 1920 San Antonio who fit the profile. Janet, I am pretty sure you can access the national AIS index through Ancestry's home page. Just use the advanced search feature - and it wouldn't hurt to use the Soundex option instead of Exact spelling because of the Cocks spelling variation. You won't know what their wives names are, but you can make a list of all the John Coxes indexed and go from there. Much luck!
