Hi, Could someone look up James M Waters for me Collin Co. 1860 and 1870. Would have been about 32 and 42. Thank you Glenn
Lee, I really hate for you, as a new subscriber, to think nobody is listening here. I have tried every way I can think of to find these folks, but so far have come up empty-handed. I will keep a copy of your email in my inbox and come back to it whenever I have some spare time. I have mainly concentrated on the counties of Leon and Limestone, and found no Charles or "C" initial, and only one Susan McKey indexed. She turned out to be a teenager, so another dead end. Sorry I can't offer anything yet, but I will keep trying. They have to be out there somewhere, and I will do my best to ferret them out. Thanks for your patience. I will get back to you if I am able to locate anything. Dana, Would you please be so kind as to look up the county for me and then repost your request? I have a nice atlas (somewhere) and internet access to the GNIS, but it would take part of the time I donate to the Texas list for me to look up the county before beginning another census search. Seeking 1900 census information for this family, thought to be from Dallas County: ADOLPH (var. Adolf) WERRY (var. Wherry/Weary), whom I believe to have been a German immigrant; and his wife MARY E. WERRY, b. ca. 1867 (about 33 in 1900), b. MD Adolph and Mary were married in 1898, so they might have one child, or Mary may have been a second wife and there is a house full of Adolph's children by an earlier wife. Would deeply appreciate it if someone with this resource, could please check and see if you can find Adolph and Mary. Especially interested in place of birth for Mary and her parents. Many thanks. Looking for Scogin married to Stella, son Harold, Fort Worth. Particularly interested in birthplace of Stella. Thanks Mava Robinson
Checking 1920 Yoakum County, I find no surnames indexed there at all beginning with "ARR", "ARE", "ARI", or "ORR". Checking for only the given names "Manuel" and "Manual", I also find none indexed in Yoakum County. If Yoakum is a city in another Texas county, let me know, and I will try again.
