I don't have the 1910 census but suggest you go to http://huntnews.net/topicindex.html and type in the name Hendrix. Lots of references to funerals. To get the actual newspaper article you have to contact someone in the Greenville Library. Her e-mail is included in the site.

Saturday November 23, 2002 T&T Weekly Vol 6 Issue 292 bridges@brightok.net I am sure most of you researchers may have heard of Butch Bridges who has the website called This and That that chronicles OK. In a newsletter I received today by email, I thought this was important if it were related to any of us. Can anyone help these people? I don't know what counties are involved here. Perhaps someone would be kind enough to pass this on to ones who could help. I know that time is probably crucial here. I am sure that if you contact Butch, he will pass the info on the BARBOUR family if long distance is an issue. His email is below the date Saturday Nov 23, 2002 at the top of this email. Here is what he ran: I received a request this week from Pamela Barbour in Cleburne, Texas. Her husband, Wayland, is needing a bone marrow transplant and is seeking his natural parents/family. He was born in 1954 in Holdenville, Oklahoma and at age 3 adopted by a family in Healdton, Oklahoma. The attorney's name who handled the adoption was Wolfe, and Cleo LaValley was the judge. Wayland's name at birth was Archie. If you know amy information that may help Wayland Barbour, he can be reached at 817-558-3973.

Would be most grateful if anyone would look for the following: 1880 Census TX Coleman County Mandy Ada or Ada Koen, b.c. 1872-4 TX. The family tradition has it that she was orphaned when young and therefore, she likely will appear in a completely different family. I've already tried the 1880 census online for every variation I could think of and got nothing. She married Elias Briggs in Coleman Co. in 1890. I've been looking for her since 1966 and am beginning to think I'll never find her. If anyone can help, I will be forever in your debt. Regards, Larry D. Hamilton Coats
