Hello Dianne, Here is how they are listed at Ancestry.com. John Moden Head, Age 24, Born TX, Father TN, Mother TN, Lula Wife, Age 18, Born TX, Father MO, Mother MO, Homer Son, Age 3, Himself and parents born TX, John was born in Mar. of 1876, he has been in present marriage for 4 years, he was a Farmer, he was able to read and write, he was renting his farm. Lula was born in May of 1882, she has been in present marriage for 4 years, she is the mother of 1 child, 1 still living, she was a stay at home mom, she was able to read and write. Homer was born in June of 1896, he helped his mom around the farm. On the census it looks more like John Modox to me. The information on this census is as of June 1, 1900. This is from Justice Precinct 3, Montague Co. TX, Roll: T623_1659, Page: 3B, ED: 50, I hope this helps you some.
