Quite a number of years ago,A mr. Harley Tuttle sent an inquiry to the govenment re/ information on an Alexander Beard/Baird re/ his pension for service in the rev. war. I think he was from Pikeville,Ala. WHERE alexander applied for a pension around 1831.,from the same place. my question: Is there any one out there familiar with this or related in some way to this family?
