Phineas Tuttle married Elizabeth Barnes on Feb 4 1800 in Paris , Oneida Co.,New York by Rev Eliphalet Steele at Church of Paris Religious Society. Ohter married there are Andrew Tuttle and Philome Allen on Aug 12 1795 Laura Tuttle and Philip Barnes on Sept 19 1795 Oramon Tuttle and Abi Barnes on Jan 23 1804 all by Rev Steele at same church.
