I am a Tuttle from Bradford Co., PA. My grandfather was Clay Fairchild Tuttle (8/26/1878-8/26/1965) married Frances Marguarite Eastabrook (4/15/1896-5/19/1963). My father recalls my granfather telling about going with his father Harmon Tuttle (11/4/1837 Candor,NY-1/15/1915 Bradford Co. PA) married 12/12/1865 to Catharine Albro (8/10/1843 PA-1/9/1928 bradford Co ,PA) to visit the relatives. It took about 1 week by horse and buggy. The family I have - Harmon's parents, Henry(Harry) Tuttle (5/24/1792-2/19/1843) married 3/5/1818 to Charlene (Christina) Marvin (b.12/30/1791). Other children - Marvin Tuttle b.9/18/1833; Smith Tuttle b. 2/14/1827; and Juliette Tuttle b. 12/10/1820. I have the Tuttle lineage going back to John Tuthill d.12/13/1558 Saxlingham, Norfolk Co.,England. Sincerely, Linda Nichols
